WHO WE ARE
Welcome to academy.electropathy.in, the official online learning platform of eLearning Central, a dedicated unit of Modern Electro-Homeopathy Clinic. We are committed to delivering quality distance education in the field of health sciences. Although eLearning Central is associated with Modern Electro-Homeopathy Clinic, it operates as an independent educational platform offering online courses, training programs, and academic content via our subdomain academy.electropathy.in.
INTRODUCTION
This Instructor & Affiliate Policy outlines the responsibilities, rights, and operational framework for individuals who wish to contribute as instructors or participate as affiliates on our platform. It applies to all current and prospective instructors and affiliates using academy.electropathy.in for course creation, promotion, and revenue generation.
By agreeing to become an instructor or affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms set forth in this policy. These guidelines are legally binding and are part of your relationship with eLearning Central and its parent entity, Modern Electro-Homeopathy Clinic. Participation in our platform in either of these roles is subject to ongoing compliance with this policy and our general Terms of Service.
This document serves as a foundational agreement that ensures transparency, mutual respect, and a high standard of educational integrity within our learning ecosystem.
INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS
At academy.electropathy.in, we welcome qualified and passionate educators who are committed to providing high-quality educational content in the field of health sciences and beyond. To maintain the integrity and reliability of our learning platform, we have outlined the following requirements and expectations for individuals who wish to join us as instructors.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible as an instructor, applicants must demonstrate sufficient knowledge and/or professional qualifications in the subject they wish to teach. This may include academic credentials, practical experience, or certifications relevant to the course topic. We accept instructors from diverse professional backgrounds, including practitioners, researchers, and educators, provided their expertise aligns with our content standards and platform mission. Instructors must also be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Content Standards and Expectations
We expect all submitted content to meet high academic, professional, and ethical standards. Courses must be well-structured, factually accurate, free of plagiarism, and presented in clear language. Any visual, audio, or written materials should be of good quality and not violate any copyright or intellectual property laws. Instructors are expected to ensure that their content is original, respectful, and non-discriminatory. Content that promotes misinformation, personal bias, or unscientific claims will not be approved or may be removed without notice.
Instructors must also commit to keeping their course content up to date. If there are significant changes in their field or subject area, they are expected to revise or supplement their material accordingly to maintain educational relevance and accuracy.
Instructor Conduct and Platform Rules
As a part of our community, instructors must uphold a professional and respectful approach in all their interactions—whether with students, administrators, or other instructors. Any form of harassment, abuse, misleading statements, or inappropriate behavior may result in the suspension or permanent termination of their account.
Instructors are not permitted to use the platform for unauthorized advertising, soliciting services outside the platform, or distributing unrelated promotional materials. Personal data of students or users obtained through the platform must be handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data protection regulations.
To maintain platform integrity, instructors are expected to respond to administrative communications in a timely manner, follow any platform updates or changes, and comply with all applicable rules and policies of eLearning Central and Modern Electro-Homeopathy Clinic.
INSTRUCTOR & AFFILIATE CODE OF CONDUCT
At eLearning Central, we are committed to fostering a professional, respectful, and high-integrity environment for both instructors and affiliates. All individuals who contribute to or represent the platform are expected to uphold these standards consistently. This Code of Conduct applies to all instructors and affiliates who use our platform to create, promote, or distribute educational content.
Professionalism and Ethical Behavior
Instructors and affiliates must always act with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity when engaging with learners, platform staff, and other contributors. Any form of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or abuse—whether based on race, gender, religion, disability, or any other personal characteristic—will not be tolerated. Respect for all community members is a fundamental expectation.
Honesty and Transparency
All communication and representation must be truthful and transparent. Instructors must accurately describe their courses, qualifications, and outcomes. Affiliates must not mislead users through exaggerated claims, fake testimonials, or deceptive promotions. Any attempt to manipulate users or misrepresent course content is considered a serious violation.
Compliance with Platform Policies
All instructors and affiliates are required to strictly follow the platform’s policies, including but not limited to the Instructor Requirements, Course Approval guidelines, Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy, and Affiliate Guidelines. Continuous non-compliance or any willful violation of these policies may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
Instructors and affiliates may not:
- Upload or distribute plagiarized, stolen, or copyrighted content without authorization.
- Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
- Interfere with the functionality or security of the platform.
- Engage in spamming, manipulation of affiliate tracking systems, or click fraud.
- Solicit or promote competitors’ services directly through our platform.
- Post inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content in any course, comment, or promotional material.
Confidentiality and Data Responsibility
Instructors and affiliates must protect user privacy and confidential platform data. You are prohibited from collecting or misusing any user information, including email addresses, contact details, or private correspondence, without explicit permission and legal compliance.
Conflict of Interest
All instructors and affiliates are expected to disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may influence their decision-making, promotions, or partnerships within the platform. Hidden agendas or undisclosed affiliations with external businesses or competitors may lead to disciplinary measures.
Accountability and Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate any reported or suspected breach of this Code of Conduct. Violations may lead to warnings, withholding of earnings, course takedowns, affiliate link deactivation, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity of the misconduct.
By participating as an instructor or affiliate on [Your Platform Name], you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and cooperate with any investigations or enforcement actions deemed necessary by the platform administrators.
INSTRUCTOR ONBOARDING
To maintain the integrity and quality of our learning platform, we follow a structured and transparent onboarding process for all new instructors. This process is designed to ensure that every educator joining our platform is well-informed, qualified, and aligned with our mission to provide responsible, high-quality learning experiences.
Application and Eligibility Verification
The onboarding process begins with the submission of an instructor application form, which collects essential details including educational background, relevant experience, and a sample outline or concept of the intended course. Applicants must meet the minimum eligibility criteria outlined in our Instructor Requirements section, including subject expertise, content creation skills, and ethical alignment with our platform’s values.
Identity & Qualification Verification
To prevent misuse and maintain platform trust, instructors are required to verify their identity and, where applicable, provide documentation of educational or professional qualifications. All submitted materials are kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluation.
Platform Orientation and Guidelines
Upon successful application review, approved instructors receive access to an orientation package or session that covers:
- Platform usage instructions
- Course structure and formatting guidelines
- Branding and tone expectations
- Legal and copyright compliance reminders
- Community conduct and communication standards
This ensures that all instructors have a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities, the tools available, and how to interact with learners and administrators in a professional manner.
First Course Submission
Instructors may submit their first course for review following orientation. The course is subject to a content quality review and must meet our platform standards before being published. The typical course approval timeline is outlined in the Course Approval & Withdrawal section of this policy.
Ongoing Support
After onboarding, instructors continue to have access to support resources, including documentation, video tutorials, and a dedicated contact for queries related to publishing, earnings, or student interaction. We are committed to helping instructors succeed and deliver value through their courses.
Revisions and Continuous Improvement
We encourage instructors to actively update and refine their content in response to learner feedback and evolving subject matter. Periodic content reviews or instructor check-ins may be conducted to ensure ongoing quality and relevance.
COURSE APPROVAL & WITHDRAWAL
To ensure quality and consistency across all courses published on academy.electropathy.in, all instructor-submitted courses must undergo a standardized approval process. This process is designed to verify compliance with platform standards, content quality, educational value, and legal requirements before any course is made publicly available.
Initial Course Review and Approval Timeline
Once an instructor submits a course for publication, our team will conduct an internal review to ensure that it aligns with our content guidelines and community standards. This review typically occurs within 24 hours from the time of submission. During this time, the course may be evaluated for structure, clarity, factual accuracy, visual and audio quality, and overall learner value. The approval is not automatic and depends on the platform’s discretion. If minor corrections are needed, instructors may be requested to make changes before final approval is granted.
Voluntary Course Withdrawal Before Approval
Instructors retain the right to withdraw a course submission at any time before the course is officially approved. If an instructor changes their mind, identifies errors, or wishes to improve or postpone the course, they may voluntarily withdraw the course from review without penalty. The course will then be marked as inactive and will not appear on the platform or in any public listings.
Withdrawal Requests After Approval
Once a course is approved and published on the platform, it becomes part of the official course library available to students. Any request to withdraw or deactivate a course after approval must be made formally through the platform’s administrative contact system. However, these requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to be accepted. Our commitment to educational continuity means that courses with active enrollments or relevance to ongoing learning tracks may not be removed arbitrarily.
Minimum Commitment Period for Live Courses
Approved and published courses are expected to remain live on the platform for a minimum of 365 days (one calendar year) from the date of approval. This policy is in place to ensure content availability for learners who have enrolled and to uphold the consistency and credibility of our educational catalog. Instructors who wish to remove a course before the 365-day minimum must provide a valid justification, which will be reviewed by the administrative team. Early removal without approval is not permitted.
Non-Removal During Active Commitments
Courses that are currently being accessed by students or are part of active promotional or academic programs cannot be withdrawn or hidden during the commitment period. If a course is tied to any bundled offering, certification program, or is in use by ongoing students, its removal may disrupt the learning experience. In such cases, the course must remain live until all obligations are fulfilled.
This process ensures a balance between instructor flexibility and student trust, reinforcing our commitment to academic stability and reliable course access. All instructors are encouraged to plan their course submissions and commitments carefully before publishing.
COURSE OWNERSHIP
At academy.electropathy.in, we respect and protect the intellectual property rights of our instructors while maintaining the integrity and exclusivity of the educational content hosted on our platform. The course ownership policy clarifies the rights of instructors over the content they create and the permissions granted to the platform for publishing, distributing, and managing that content.
Instructor Retains Full Intellectual Property Ownership
Instructors retain full legal and intellectual property rights to the original materials they create and submit to the platform. This includes course videos, written lectures, PDFs, quizzes, images, assignments, and any supplementary materials developed by the instructor. We do not claim authorship or copyright ownership over any content uploaded by instructors. The instructor remains the sole owner and author of their courses, retaining the right to be credited accordingly.
Non-Exclusive Licensing for Hosting and Distribution
While ownership remains with the instructor, by submitting a course to academy.electropathy.in, the instructor grants the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to host, display, market, and distribute the course materials within the boundaries of this website and its affiliated services. This license allows the platform to make the course available to enrolled students, promote it on various marketing channels, and optimize content delivery across devices and user locations. This license is essential for enabling smooth platform operations and ensuring access to users as intended.
The license remains valid as long as the course is active on the platform or until its removal is formally approved in accordance with our Course Approval & Withdrawal policy. The instructor cannot revoke this license unilaterally once the course has been published and is serving enrolled students.
Exclusive Publishing Rights on This Platform
To preserve content uniqueness, academic consistency, and learner trust, instructors must not publish the same course or substantially identical content on any other platform, website, or learning portal during its active period on academy.electropathy.in. This restriction applies to platforms that provide online courses, video learning, or similar educational services. If an instructor violates this condition by duplicating or syndicating content elsewhere without authorization, it may result in the suspension or permanent removal of the course or the instructor’s account from the platform.
However, instructors are allowed to create and publish different or complementary courses on other platforms, provided that these are not identical in structure, video content, or supporting material to what is already hosted on academy.electropathy.in.
No Transfer or Sale of Content Ownership
Instructors are not permitted to sell, transfer, or assign their courses hosted on academy.electropathy.in to third parties, platforms, or individuals without prior written approval from the platform administrators. The integrity and academic standards of the platform require that all published content remains under the direct responsibility of its original creator during its listing period.
Responsibility for Content Authenticity
By submitting a course, the instructor affirms that all materials are either original or used with full legal authorization (such as royalty-free assets or licensed resources). The instructor assumes full responsibility for the authenticity, originality, and copyright status of the submitted materials. Any copyright infringement or legal issue arising from third-party content will be the sole responsibility of the instructor.
Right to Display Instructor Name and Course Publicly
Once a course is approved, academy.electropathy.in reserves the right to publicly display the instructor’s name, profile, and course title in listings, promotions, testimonials, search engines, and educational directories for the purpose of marketing and platform visibility. This is a standard practice and does not compromise the instructor’s ownership rights.
COURSE QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY
At eLearning Central, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences to our learners. This Course Quality Assurance Policy ensures that all courses published on our platform meet consistent standards of accuracy, relevance, clarity, and professionalism. Instructors are responsible for upholding these quality expectations from the time of submission through the life of the course.
Content Accuracy and Educational Value
Courses must be factually correct, based on reliable information, and aligned with the stated learning objectives. Instructors are expected to provide up-to-date content and ensure that any claims, demonstrations, or references are supported by legitimate sources or their own verifiable expertise. Misleading, exaggerated, or unverifiable claims are strictly prohibited.
Course Structure and Clarity
Courses must be well-organized, with a clear and logical flow. Each module or lesson should focus on a specific concept or skill, with learning goals outlined at the beginning and summarized at the end. Content should be presented in a manner that is easy to understand, avoiding unnecessary complexity or confusion. Sloppy, disorganized, or incomplete content may be flagged for improvement or removal.
Audio, Video, and Visual Quality
Courses must be recorded with clear audio and visual quality. Audio should be free from background noise, distortion, or abrupt volume changes. Video should be stable, well-lit, and properly framed. Slide presentations, text content, or screen recordings must be legible and professionally presented. Courses with poor technical quality may be rejected during the approval stage or later unpublished until fixed.
Engagement and Communication
Instructors are encouraged to engage learners through clear explanations, visual aids, practical examples, and, where appropriate, assignments or quizzes. Courses should not consist solely of long, unstructured lectures with no learner interaction. Instructors should also be responsive to learner questions and feedback in a timely and respectful manner.
Language and Tone
All content must be delivered in a professional and respectful tone. Instructors should use clear, concise, and appropriate language, avoiding slang, offensive remarks, or culturally insensitive references. Regional language support may be offered, but instructions must still be understandable to the target audience. Courses submitted in local languages must include basic descriptions or subtitles in English when possible.
Course Updates and Maintenance
Instructors are responsible for keeping their course content current. If a topic evolves or becomes outdated, the instructor must update the course to maintain its relevance and accuracy. Learners rely on our platform for reliable and updated knowledge, and outdated material may lead to negative learner experiences and feedback.
Platform Review and Feedback
All submitted courses are subject to review by our internal quality team. Courses that meet our standards will be approved within 24 hours, while courses that fall short will be returned with feedback for improvement. Additionally, the platform may periodically re-evaluate published courses to ensure long-term quality compliance.
Consequences for Low-Quality Content
Courses that do not meet the minimum quality standards may be:
- Rejected during initial review,
- Temporarily unpublished with a request for improvement,
- Permanently removed from the platform in case of severe or repeated quality issues.
Consistently poor-quality courses may affect the instructor’s status and eligibility to publish on the platform in the future.
By submitting a course on [Your Platform Name], instructors agree to adhere to this Course Quality Assurance Policy and maintain a commitment to educational excellence.
INSTRUCTOR EARNINGS POLICY
The Instructor Earnings Policy defines how instructors are compensated for their contributions on academy.electropathy.in, including revenue sharing, fee deductions, withdrawal terms, and associated responsibilities. We aim to maintain transparency and fairness while ensuring instructors are rewarded for their efforts in delivering quality education.
Revenue Sharing Model
Instructors on academy.electropathy.in are entitled to earn a share of the revenue generated from the sale of their courses. The standard revenue distribution model is 70% for the instructor and 30% for the platform administration. This percentage is calculated after deducting applicable platform fees from the total sale amount.
This revenue-sharing model reflects the collaborative investment in content creation, platform maintenance, customer support, and promotional efforts. The platform’s portion helps sustain infrastructure, marketing, and operational costs to support a consistent learner experience.
Fee Deductions Before Earnings Split
Before calculating the instructor’s share, any applicable transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or applicable taxes will be deducted from the gross course sale amount. Only after these deductions is the remaining amount split between the instructor and the admin based on the agreed percentage (70/30).
Platform Maintenance Fee
In addition to standard transaction-related deductions, a 3% platform maintenance fee is applied to the instructor’s share. This fee supports routine software updates, security improvements, storage management, and technical support that keeps the platform functional and optimized for instructors and learners alike.
Minimum Withdrawal Threshold
To maintain operational efficiency and reduce processing costs, instructors are required to accumulate a minimum balance of ₹5,000 before initiating a withdrawal request. Balances below this amount will remain in the instructor’s account until the minimum threshold is met.
Holding Period for Earnings
All course earnings must complete a 15-day holding period before becoming eligible for withdrawal. This waiting period ensures there is adequate time to account for refunds, payment verifications, or order cancellations that may arise shortly after purchase. Once the holding period ends, the available balance becomes eligible for withdrawal in accordance with the payment schedule.
Withdrawal Method and Payment Schedule
Withdrawals are processed via bank transfer only. Instructors must ensure that their bank account details are accurate and up to date in their instructor dashboard to avoid delays or failed transactions. Payment processing may vary based on banking hours, public holidays, and the selected payout schedule defined by the platform (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, as applicable).
Once the request is approved, instructors will receive the payment in their registered bank account based on the platform’s standard payout cycle. The platform is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect banking details provided by the instructor.
Instructor Responsibilities for Taxation and Legal Compliance
Instructors are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes or government levies applicable to their earnings under the laws of their country of residence. The platform does not withhold tax at source unless mandated by law. It is the instructor’s obligation to comply with all legal, financial, and tax-related reporting concerning their income from academy.electropathy.in.
The platform may, however, require instructors to submit necessary documents such as PAN cards, GST registration (if applicable), or tax declarations to ensure regulatory compliance, especially for higher earning brackets.
Transparency and Recordkeeping
Instructors will have access to a detailed earning dashboard that includes sales reports, revenue breakdowns, and withdrawal status updates. It is recommended that instructors maintain personal records of their earnings for legal, tax, and financial tracking purposes.
AFFILIATE GUIDELINES
eLearning Central welcomes individuals who are passionate about health education and want to promote high-quality online learning by becoming affiliates of our platform. Our affiliate program is designed to create a mutually beneficial relationship by rewarding those who help expand our reach through honest and ethical marketing practices. These guidelines outline the expectations, requirements, and operational details that govern participation in our affiliate program.
Who Can Become an Affiliate
Anyone who has a valid bank account in India and the ability to promote digital educational content online or offline can apply to become an affiliate. Affiliates may include existing instructors, students, bloggers, content creators, marketers, or members of the general public with an interest in health and wellness education. All affiliate applicants are subject to approval by the eLearning Central team, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion without the obligation to disclose reasons.
Unique Referral Links and Tracking
Upon acceptance into the affiliate program, each affiliate will be assigned a unique referral link. This link is used to track all traffic and purchases generated by that affiliate. Affiliates must use only the links and marketing materials provided or approved by eLearning Central. Manipulation or tampering with tracking links or attempts to mislead users into clicking referral links without full disclosure are strictly prohibited. All tracking data, including sales attribution and commission eligibility, is recorded using our internal system, and the platform’s decision in this regard shall be final.
Commission Structure
Affiliates will receive a flat commission percentage for each successful sale made through their referral link. The exact commission percentage may be specified in the affiliate dashboard or affiliate agreement and may vary based on promotional campaigns or course types. Commissions are calculated from the net sale amount, after deducting applicable taxes, transaction fees, and discounts. Commission rates are subject to periodic review and may be updated with prior notice.
If a tiered commission model is introduced in the future (e.g., higher rates for high performers), all changes will be communicated clearly in advance.
Payment Process and Conditions
Affiliate commissions will be disbursed via bank transfer after a 15-day holding period from the date of each eligible sale to account for refunds or cancellations. The minimum payout threshold is ₹5000. If an affiliate’s account does not reach this threshold, earnings will be carried forward to the next cycle. Affiliates must ensure their bank account details are accurate and up to date to receive timely payments.
Payments are processed monthly, and disbursement timelines may vary based on holidays or bank processing delays. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining proper records for tax purposes and complying with their local tax regulations. Any taxes or levies applicable on affiliate earnings are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.
Prohibited Affiliate Behaviors
To maintain the integrity of our platform, we enforce strict guidelines on promotional conduct. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the affiliate program, along with forfeiture of any pending earnings:
- Spamming users through emails, messages, or unsolicited advertisements.
- Misrepresenting the platform, its courses, instructors, or benefits.
- Using fake identities or deceptive methods to generate traffic or sales.
- Promoting courses through misleading claims or unauthorized discount offers.
- Violating intellectual property rights or posting plagiarized promotional content.
- Creating competing platforms that replicate, misuse, or distort our content.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations in the course of promoting our offerings.
Affiliates are expected to maintain a professional and transparent tone in all promotions, clearly identifying themselves as affiliates and avoiding any statements that could mislead potential learners.
INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATE PARTICIPATION
While our core affiliate program currently operates within India, we welcome the possibility of international participation. This section outlines the specific provisions, terms, and requirements applicable to affiliates residing outside India. It complements our main Affiliate Guidelines and ensures compliance with international practices without conflicting with existing or future policy areas.
Eligibility and Onboarding
Individuals or organizations located outside India may apply to become international affiliates of eLearning Central through our platform. Approval is subject to verification of identity, tax status, and payment details. Additional documentation (such as government-issued ID and tax declarations) may be required depending on your country of residence.
Currency and Commission Payments
All commissions earned by international affiliates will be calculated and paid in United States Dollars (USD). The exchange rate will be based on the rate applicable on the date of conversion, as provided by our payment processor or bank.
Minimum Payout Threshold
International affiliates must accumulate a minimum of $100 USD in commission earnings before becoming eligible to request a payout. This threshold is exclusive of any payment processor fees.
Payment Methods
Currently, we support the following payment options for international affiliates:
- PayPal (Preferred)
- Western Union Money Transfer
- Other services (such as Wise or SWIFT transfer) may be considered in the future based on feasibility.
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information in their account dashboard.
Payment Schedule and Holding Period
- Commission earnings will be available for withdrawal 15 calendar days after the corresponding sale has been confirmed and is free from disputes or refund claims.
- Payouts will be processed within 7–14 business days after a withdrawal request is submitted and approved.
Taxes and Legal Compliance
International affiliates are solely responsible for any tax obligations in their home country. We do not withhold taxes on behalf of non-Indian affiliates. Where applicable, affiliates may be required to submit relevant tax documentation (e.g., W-8BEN form) prior to receiving payments.
We advise international affiliates to consult their local tax advisors regarding earnings from foreign sources.
Limitations and Future Scope
At present, international affiliate support is offered on a limited basis and may be subject to availability, geographic restrictions, or evolving legal requirements. We reserve the right to decline or suspend international participation at our discretion if any risk, compliance, or logistical concerns arise.
TERMINATION & VIOLATIONS
eLearning Central (academy.electropathy.in) is committed to maintaining a high standard of trust, professionalism, and compliance across all platform activities. As part of this commitment, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any instructor or affiliate account that fails to uphold our policies, breaches legal or ethical standards, or misuses the privileges provided by our platform.
Grounds for Termination or Suspension
Termination or restriction may be initiated under various circumstances, including—but not limited to—serious breaches of platform rules, repeated violations of our content or community standards, unethical behavior, or involvement in activities that negatively impact the platform’s integrity or reputation.
Some common grounds for termination include:
- Submitting plagiarized or stolen course content
- Distributing false or misleading information within a course
- Falsifying identity, qualifications, or credentials
- Misusing the platform’s tools or backend access
- Violating applicable intellectual property or copyright laws
- Attempting to manipulate ratings, reviews, or enrollments
- Harassing, threatening, or exploiting learners or other platform users
- Engaging in affiliate fraud, referral abuse, or commission gaming
Instructors or affiliates who engage in such conduct may have their accounts deactivated immediately, without prior notice, especially in cases of serious or repeated infractions. Depending on the severity of the violation, such users may be permanently banned from using the platform in any capacity.
Right to Withhold Payments
If a user is found to be in breach of the platform’s terms, eLearning Central retains the right to withhold any pending or future payments associated with the account. This includes earnings from courses, affiliate commissions, or any bonuses/incentives. Funds linked to fraudulent activities or dishonest behavior may be permanently forfeited. We may also reverse payments if they were obtained under false pretenses or by violating platform terms.
Investigation and Review Process
Before any final action is taken, the platform may initiate a formal investigation if the nature of the violation allows. During this period, the account in question may be temporarily suspended while the review is conducted. Instructors or affiliates may be asked to provide clarification or evidence related to their activities.
Although we value fairness and transparency, the platform reserves the sole right to make final decisions regarding termination. Users found guilty of severe violations may not be granted the option to appeal.
Re-entry and Reinstatement
Accounts terminated due to misconduct or severe violations will not be eligible for reinstatement unless explicitly allowed by the platform administration. In rare cases, where the breach was unintentional and minor, a reinstatement may be considered upon written request and thorough review.
Maintaining Platform Integrity
We expect all instructors and affiliates to represent the platform professionally, operate transparently, and abide by all applicable rules. By joining eLearning Central, users accept that violating these terms may lead to account restriction, earnings loss, or permanent removal from the platform.
POLICY UPDATES
At eLearning Central (academy.electropathy.in), we are committed to maintaining clear, transparent, and up-to-date policies that reflect our evolving platform, services, and legal requirements. As such, we reserve the full right to modify, amend, or update any portion of our Instructor & Affiliate Policy at any time, without prior or individual notice.
Right to Modify
We may revise this policy in response to changes in our business model, technological advancements, regulatory requirements, industry practices, or to improve user experience and safety on the platform.
