🔹 Error Code: ERR-4670
Meaning:
This code appears only for logged-in users who currently have serious account issues. The reasons are the same as those listed under Error Code: ERR-4669, which include:
Violation of platform policies or terms of service.
Ignoring repeated profile update warnings.
Providing incorrect or misleading details in your profile.
Uploading an unclear, invalid, or incorrect image as your profile photo.
Administrative team requires further clarification or verification of your submitted details.
If you see this code while logged in, it means your account is under review and at high risk of being blocked.
Solution:
Immediately review and update your profile details while you are still logged in.
Make sure all entries (name, address, phone number, etc.) exactly match your official documents.
Upload a valid, clear, and recent photo of yourself that matches your ID proof.
Provide correct and complete information without excuses.
⚠️ Critical Warning:
Once you log out, your account will be blocked automatically. After that, you will not be able to log in again to make corrections.
At that stage, the only option left for resolution will be the process described under Error Code: ERR-4669 — contacting support via email or dispute page with valid documents and explanations.
